My Story
It was late 2020 when I found my voice as a youth rights activist on social media.
In tandem with the emergent #BreakingCodeSilence movement, I began posting educational videos online, advocating for the hundreds of thousands of kids placed in congregate care facilities.
I myself had been one of them. My anti-institutional child abuse platform, Ex-Poster Child, exploded and in just one year, my TikTok audience grew from 0 to over 100,000 people.
My content was re-shared by news outlets, television, and publications around the world.
The key to that virality, I realized, was strategic storytelling.
In 2022, I had the opportunity to join advocates including Paris Hilton to lobby for the Stop Institutional Child Abuse Act at the Capitol. Beyond the surface of strategy, I witnessed firsthand how storytelling could convert attention to action and impact.
Inspired by the power of our collective voices, I decided to adapt my proven strategies to help businesses and nonprofits across diverse industries thrive online. Today, my passion is pairing creativity with technology to make the world a better place.
Since 2018, I have had the privilege of working with nonprofits creating change across the United States, including The Intuitive Writing Project, The Women's Wisdom Initiative, From a Child's Point of View, and Unsilenced.
